- Merchandise must be returned in 14 days of receipt for refund. NO exceptions.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or laundered.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Final sale items may not be returned.
- Fees incurred on the return shipping will be at the customers expense.
- Packages that arrive COD will be denied, or COD amount will be deducted from your return.
- No merchandise will be accepted without a RMA #(Return Merchandise Authorization).

1. Returns: All returns must include a company issued RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). In order for a RMA # to be issued, you must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The RMA request must include:
- Invoice number
- Item Description/Name
- Style #
- # Of item(s) being returned
- Reason for returning. (S= Size, C=Color, F=Fit, NFM=Not for me)
No return will be accepted without a RMA #. E-mail request without complete information will not be accepted. Once your RMA # has been issued you must fill out the return form (located at the bottom of your invoice).
All returns via mail must include:
- Merchandise in its original packaging.
- Return form completed with RMA #.
- A copy of your original invoice.
Returns will not be accepted if incomplete. Mailing address for returns will be sent via email along with company issued RMA #.
2. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for full priced items ONLY. In addition, a 15% restock fee may apply to refund request for returns of 3 items or more.
There will be NO refunds issued on sale items. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
Need a Different Size/Color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. You will get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order.
Once we receive your return merchandise, your card will be credited.
3. Additional Info: Items purchased via www.brulee.net may not be returned to any retail stores that carry Brulee merchandise. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We do not accept returns on damaged merchandise.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
